Does this fit our MOCO instance and our setup?
Yes, usually yes. We check your MOCO configuration (projects, services, teams, tags, statuses) and your connected tools in the short kickoff. We then implement the automation so that it fits your processes and not the other way around.
What requirements must be met?
You need an active Make account and the necessary accesses (MOCO API or connection, as well as accesses to the tools that are to be connected). We also define together which event triggers something and which result should happen automatically.
What exactly is included in the "purchase"?
Typically included: Process clarification, implementation in Make, tests with real sample data, documentation and a short handover. Optionally, you can add maintenance, monitoring and further development as a package.
Is this standard automation or customized?
Both are possible. Many automations start as a proven standard (fast, inexpensive, robust) and are then tailored to your agency with just a few adjustments.
Who takes care of the Make subscription and the running costs?
The Make subscription usually runs through you so that you retain full control. We optimize scenarios so that they run efficiently. On request, we can help you choose the right plan and control costs.
Which MOCO processes are most frequently automated?
Common use cases include automatic project/task creation from forms/deals, status and budget alerts, automatic reporting, synchronization with PM tools, and clean handovers between sales → project → billing.
